Ok, how often they index a new site posts ? Like in how many days, I can expect it to get indexed ?

i dont know of an estimation here. probably the old timers can give some inputs.
even with my 21 DA website (according to semrush) it doesnt get index asap. gotta manual submit

Submit for indexing in gsc and pray.
My site used to get indexed within 1-2 hours (it's not a news site), now it takes days or gsc (and I don't like using gsc for indexing).
Indexing has been shit for the last couple of months.

You have to use indexing API on google. Follow the steps in the Starting guide.

I thought that is the posts are indexed on google, it will help in adsense approval.

Certainly not the case with me. The indexing is slooooow for whatever reason. The site is submitted in GSC but yet, it's just slow. Out of around 50 URLs, 5 are indexed.

Grrrr... When you type in for 5 minutes and delete the damn message instead of clicking on edit!!!
Anyway, social shares do help a lot.
Once the new article is published, the next step is to post 2 to 4 times from 5, 6 different networks.
Also, I always submit links to GSC.

Nowadays google taking more time to index the pages. Submit the pages in GSC, share them in social medias, send some links to the posts. There is no estimated time to get index. Just be patient and keep your site updated with new high quality articles.

no, AdSense has nothing to do with Google search neither its indexing,
if you want to get Adsense approved, just follow all of their guideness and apply,
there are many guides shared online to help you including the necessary stuff and get approved
