How to get multiple FB Accounts?

Hey,
I need another FB Account, because my old ones were banned. However, everytime I register, I need to verify my Identity via Phone.
Is there any way to create like 2 or 3 more FB Accounts for free? I dont want to buy Proxies or something like that.

What program would you recommend to change IP?
I think the most are already banned by Facebook

Then buy a phone verified facebook account from the market place and always clear your browser cache with ccleaner and change your ip before login in with another account.
