If you are talking about lost keyword rankings, then you can't get that back unless you try your best to build new links. Keep in mind that there are people who want to rank for the same keyword and if they got good strategies then they can rank better than you.

Follow these steps:
Re-write the whole content.
Write new Meta.
Start from normal submissions.
Setup internal blog.
Make internal linking to their respective pages.
Keep the page URL short and meaningful.
Avoid using .php or .html extensions in the URL.
