Your best bet is to contact authors directly. It should be noted that you really do need a good website (not spam, great content written by a native English speaker, etc.) to get authors to link to you in real articles that run in their main rotation. Note the emphasis on "real," since there is a spammy contributor section on Forbes, if I recall correctly. Similar to the Huff Po contributor scam:

Hire some expert to build such link, it will be costly but worth time and money.

Otherwise, there is another option to get links from Forbes - you will have to look for expired or auctioned domains, and study its link profile. There are indeed expired or auctioned domains from previous companies that have since ceased operation, in which their domain contains some links from Forbes - you can do a 301 redirect to your site. Although the 301 may not provide 100% effective link mojo to your site, but a link is still a link, and it's from Forbes through this method.
