How to get likes to a Page with funny content?

From last one month, I am testing a facebook page, I got a 1.5k likes from Social Exchanges only. People are engaging there but can't see any likes. I think it needs better promotion. I need some free liker bots or scripts or some good social exchanging sites (except AMF and L4L) Any free suggestion that would work will be highly appreciated. Want to grow this page really but have no Ideas on Social Marketing.
