How to get lasting anonymous Youtube accounts?

I am looking to build up traffic for a project with multiple Youtube channels but those and even the Google accounts themself seem to require phone numbers now days and my country has a registration requirement for burner phones so I need a way around that. I know about temporary phone numbers and even used those for other things before but in this case I would like a none temporary solution so the accounts last as long as possible. I am also aware of SMS renting services with permanent numbers but during my research I have seen multiple people complaining that those often don't work for Youtube accounts so I am unsure which one could do that job. Furthermore I am aware of the marketplace sections on forums like this one where people sell Youtube accounts but for those I worry about loosing access because Youtube could pick up something fishy regarding the country, VPN IP or similar and prompt me to re verify my phone number and at that point I would be back at the start just with less money!

Anyone with experience here who would be willing to share their solutions with me? I would greatly appreciate help and I am not scared of more complicated and work intensive things!
