Automation is everything now days. Im writing this as my first real post for those that dont already know of this powerful method to scrape leads off of craigslist to email.
1.You need to have a Gmail Account.
2. Craigslist Account
3. Niche target market (FSBO or Crackd Iphones I do)
Ok with this in mind you simply have your created accounts. Go to your section of Craigslist your going to hit. I like then using negative keywords in Craigslist such as "-BRE,-DRE,-Agent,-Broker" to filter out brokerages in the FSBO section of CL.
You go to a site called IFTTT.com post your Craigslist link after connecting Craigslist to Gmail. Then youll have inbound leads sent to your inbox.
This can be used for a number of things since Craigslist is so robust you could use it to get cracked Iphone leads and flip those or get FSBO leads like I setup for my family brokerage and call on those to make a sale.
This should save you time from having to search for whatever youre looking for on there everyday.
Its still probably good to post your service ads too! Dont forget to reup your ads after they expire so they can rise back to the top (I believe it still works like that, havent made posts in some time). If youre in real estate and an agent you can market your brokers listings, other agents listings with their permission or even HUD listings.
