1 .EDU sites are MOST TRUSTED websites for google. Google put a lot of trust on them. So, getting backlinks from .EDU websites will help you to get very strong position on search engines. These sites allow you to comment posting to logged in users. So, all you have to do is register a free account there and comment on there articles.

2. Guest posts on high authority sites. While submitting guest post, search for high quality blog with high pagerank and insert 1 or 2 backlinks of your website.

Also, if those sites are supposed to be secret in your sales thread you might want to remove the images, as PhotoShop has an unblur tool and there are other tools available too.

when backlinks are made on websites with high page rank and trust rank and social rank, where admins are removing all the spam and stupid writting and content is high quality and there is only one way to get there a link - just write posts or comments with real knowledge and well looking :) otherwise admin will quickly remove your profile and links.
You can cheat this way if you don't know what to write, for example find a problem in one forum and use it like your own problem in another forum ;)
If it's ready and your links will be seen by many tousands people on popular blogs, forums and social media, then for google backlinks are high quality. In my history always it was good working.
By the way links from all websites with familiar content, with many the same keywords are good for you and for your website it can be high quality and for another website with diffrent content it's not o high quality. So backlink from website with page rank 1 but the same content could have higher quality then backlink from website with page rank 7 but much diffrent content :)

Doesn't matter - they are all real sites. But he can't even get the links. I know several people that have tried to buy them and he replies back saying the blogger denied to post lol - then tries to flip them onto some other bullshit.

target common questions on your niche, things people would ask . answers to general questions
spred it nicely without rushing , write content on your money site as you create backlinks, you should improve rankings on a couple of days
 
Look into guest posting on relevant authority domains or renting some high authority homepage links from the marketplace here if you want quicker results....
 
yes you can, just contact to high authority websites and ask them to add your website in their recommended pages or useful pages,
Make nice email template and find target website. There maybe some who will not do it for free, so you may pay smth, or do smth
 
You can get high quality backlink though unique content. It is a great way to get some high quality backlinks for free. But, I think hiring a SEO expert would be more effective. You can create a thread on "Hire a Freelancer" section and hire a SEO expert.

A single in-content contextual link from a high authority source is worth greater than 10,000 poorly spun bookmarks or web 2.0 links. You cannot alternative to trust and authority. And it takes a lot of try to build authority with automated tools.
