How to get first view and followers

Hello guys, few weeks ago I've started my youtube channel in kids niche. I created 7 videos, put relevant tags, created attractive preview but got only maybe 20-30 views for 3 weeks. I don't think that I can promote my videos in social network cause it's obvious my target audience isn't there. Maybe you could give me some tips what should I do in this situation. Appreciate every opinion!

Why do you think Social Media is not that type.
It could be a good idea why not spend some time on Paid Advertisements over social media target the age group or females who are mothers.

Also Just a few boost to the videos from paid views and engagements wont harm you.

Maybe run video ads on Youtube on kids videos. Leave a cliffhanger so they go to your channel!
