Next year I'm going to finally start some CPA. PPC is great, but it seems like CPA is a much better option.

The key to getting accepted is being descriptive while you write your application. tell them all about your past experiences with CPA marketing... if you are bluffing... bluff like an expert lol

Just have your plan ready before calling and dont worry about your english, i know mine is not good but if you can write in this forum, then you most probably can talk to them also.

Calling them just gives you a lot of credibility and thats whats its all about.

So stop buying those accounts, just call them and then invest the money your thought about spending to buying accounts into adwords or somewhere else.

Great post. A long time ago I did the same thing. I picked up the phone and called them and they said everyone has to start somewhere and I was accepted.

Like anything you have to put effort in though.
 
This thread really has some awesome advice for starting out with CPA and getting approved. I really wish I had a decent guide list this when i first started out. I can remember getting denied a few times and wondering why.
 
You need to apply online to the Cpa networks to become a member. But the thing is they may ask your previous experience in CPA networks. If you are newbie contact the AF manager via mail or their skype id. You can find Good and top rated cpa networks in affpaying website
