HOW TO GET CLIENTS FOR YOUR WEBSITE AGENCY?

I know how to make wp websites, how can i sell my services to businesses and get clients?

What's your USP? anyone can make wp sites... people will undercut you whatever price you quote the client.

Get a USP (unique selling point) for your agency... (recommendations/reviews/better support/better TAT etc) and then start calling local businesses.

I know I have a great deal, but don't know how to do the sales stuff!!

get some sales course for start then...

you'll start finding the issues after some rejected calls/deals.

Also, can anybody refer me to some good agency sales and web design posts, I will be very thankful!

I don't have an agency, per se. but i've a product company...

You are on the biggest IM forum, you could upgrade and open a BST and also reply to HAF threads.....

It's really hard to get started because you'll ahve to start small and work for cheap to build up a portfolio but after that it's all good

The only way to make a lot of money doing this is by getting a lot of referrals.

Invest some money and upgrade your membership. Submit a BST offring x copies of reviews to get some feedback of your service. This should help you to get some sales. On the other hand, I find that facebook groups, classified ads, freelancer job site (upwork,etc), Linkedin, mass blasting through contact form spamming (least that I recommend but potentially worth it due to low cost of reaching out) works well. Since you are the product here and not a reseller. You can always offer the first website designed and done up free. In return of maybe a review of your service on site such as trustpilot, GMB, etc. And always be polite and ask for a referral if possible. If the customer like your work, they will either turn in to a paying one or refer you to someone so that you can make some money.

Another way is to tie up with hosting provider and offer $1 web design service. Collect your leads from there and build up gradually. For a start don't talk about profits. You just need to aim to breakeven. Invest into an envato element membership, it is one of the best investment a graphic/ web designer can get into. As there are so many items that can be resell if you know how to package them well which in turns increases your profit margin.

its very difficult. its big Problem. many peoples have skills but no have client....
