How to get approved with facebook app?

Hey,

I used to market my ads with my facebook apps, with posting via the app users.
some months ago its was possible, and now its not, now I need get approved for being with permission to post from the users.

So I need help, what I need to write in the description?
Which tips you guys can give me about facebook apps approving? How should I write?
