Just run few normal ads to warm up accounts and then go cloaking. Its not that hard, just try it you will learn things.

You don't really work the accounts for cloaking any more than you would for regular ads. I think you need to research a bit more or your next post will be "I was banned for no reason".
Hey guys! I am setting up a cloaked adwords account as well. To those that have had experience with cloaking for affiliate sites - which niches/markets worked best for you? Can you advise any specific affiliate networks that accept such traffic and provide proper support?

You just need to warm up with normal/white hat ads for few days and then switch to cloaked campaign. You can do it yourself or buy the BH ready/warmed accounts.

It means showing 1 page to real traffic and a completely different page to ad network reviewer with the intention to fool them to approve your grey/blackhat campaign.
