How to get adult traffic

i am working with differnt adult networks e.g crakrevenue,franktrax etc and i was working on pay per lead (free sign up) offers and i have fb pages to genrate traffic and leads

But unfortunatly my fb pages has been unpublished now i dnt have a single page

so please give me ideas how to get traffic on ppl or pps offers
