How to get abandoned Twitter accounts?

Google doesn't have anything useful for me on the subject, so here goes.

As some of you might now - I've recently started a tweet exchange service 29.lv. It's a place where you can go, tweet someone else's tweets and get your tweets tweeted.

One of the functions I've recently implemented is "29 sacrifices boost", which basically enables a small network of Twitter accounts to tweet your tweet. Now it's not the main feature, but it's an important one.

To grow the network I'm slowly feeding it bot accounts. I can get generic 0 followers bot accounts without a problem, but I'd like my bot accounts to have real followers. I can probably buy such accounts somewhere, but it would cost me and with a service that's not bringing much money - it wouldn't be smart. My other idea was to get abandoned Twitter accounts with real followers. I'm sure there's a way to get them. Does anyone know?

If you know of a market/service where you can buy Twitter accounts with real followers, that would be helpful as well.

Second, why you want your bot accounts have followers? i don t really understand. But i m trying.
I think that: your service is a tweet exchange. And to provide more traffic to your website users, you would send your users tweets to your bot accounts, and next, this bot accounts retweets to her followers?

The idea of this project was to not just provide tweets or retweets, but to actually make these tweets and retweets matter. That's why the primary goal of it is to have actual Twitter users with actual human followers.

Now, since I don't have many users, I've created that bot feature "29 sacrifices boost". If you enable it - my bots will tweet or retweet your message. It's useful in some cases, like when you need to make your message look important, or when you need to index something fast, or when you need to make something rank better. But it would have been much better if my bots had actual human followers too.

Abandoned accounts provide just that - actual human followers that pay attention. Using TA to get autofollows or whatever will just not do in this case. That's why I'm asking.

Maybe i have an idea for you to try. I think you know to work with twitter API to provide this service? Are you using php with mysql?
I ask that to try to explain my idea as better i can next.
