How to get a YouTube video indexed in Google quickly?

Hello BHW,
I uploaded my YouTube video 8 days before but it didn't index in Google (I have made few tier 1 n tier 2 links too) . what can I do to get it indexed and ranked? or do I have to wait till Google index it?
