How to get a phone number to verify Gmail?

Hi, I need to phone verify a Gmail account. I tried all free online sms receiving services and none of them worked.

The paid services mentioned here have minimum requirement of $5-$10 deposit. I am very much aware that it's a low amount but is there any other way or service to do it for free? Need to do it for one account only.

Go get a $2 prepaid SIM card from your local corner store.
 
Free sms verification doesn't work. You have to spend few $ for buying it

I had the same problem, and at the end I bought a SIM card.

I did create account in an Android phone and by mistake enabled VPN next day and hence it asked for phone number to verify account.
Now I've already resolved the problem now.
 
You need a virtual Number for verify google account.

Many Of sms website offering cheap rates virtual number for verifying google account ..
 
I know that there are many virtual sms providers but I am from India,so its really difficult and strict here in terms of getting Sim Cards.
If any Indian here can help me about howw to get unlimited Sim Cards,thta would be very helpful.

Also I have some contacts with local dealers but even they are unable to deliver unlimited,is there anyone who could help me out with this?

You can make more than that without verifying but if you use it for blackhat methods, all accounts banned instantly. The best for verifying gmail accounts is buy or use your your sim cards, done that and very solid gmail accounts...
 
Last i checked. Virtual numbers don't work with google verification..
Your best bet is a real sim.
