How to get a account banned/blacklisted

There is a random instagram account who has picked up quite a lot of my instagram content and despite me writing DM's, reporting it to Instagram, there is no help.

Is there any way I could get this account blacklisted cuz it hurts when you spend hours to create content and someone just copies it and uploads it to their advantage in minutes

Besides reporting him to Instagram, There isn't much you can do! Did you report from here: https://help.instagram.com/contact/552695131608132 ?

In other words, you need a black hat strategy to take down a black hatter.

Make similiar account to his acc and start reporting his stuff. Something like sayin that you're the right owner of this content.

not much you can do other than report it and wait .

There’s services out there that can do this for a fee. However it’s a shady business, but it can be done.

if you truly are the owner of the content you're posting, and this guy is ripping a lot of your content, i'm sure IG will respond eventually.

a black hat method of getting him banned (if there is one) probably will not be shared with you. but i can brainstorm with you...

- maybe you'll have to try a little social engineering. maybe contact him from a different account and manipulate him into violating IG TOS

- mass reporting him from a lot of accounts -- report him for all kinds of things, not just one thing, and look for violations in his posts.

- you could also make his life hell somehow. if you find out who he is through some recon (what are his connect accounts? does he use the same screen name on other websites? what sort of info can you gather about this guy?) then you could mess with him to the point that he doesn't have time to manage his IG.

- you could write a bot that reports his followers (this is nasty!) so that his followers dwindle. not fair at all to his followers, but if a lot of them are bots or sock puppets then at least you can hit him that way.

all of this is nothing i would recommend doing, but that's the world of black hat when the official protocol does not help you.
