How to generate leads for agency??

Hello guys,

Its been a fantastic journey till now as an entrepreneur of an Web design and development company. But in recent times, I am not getting clients or projects like I got earlier. I am bit in a confusion what to do and how to do.

Can anybody help what to do?

Anyone help me out to figure what went wrong?

Basically you need to market your business.

So, from where we’re you getting your leads previously? That would be a good place to start.

Aside from that:

Flyers
Walking in to local businesses
Calling local businesses
Doing a free website competition on social media then following up on all entrants (works very well from my personal experience)
Finding customers on social media
Email outreach to businesses with poor or non-existent website
The list goes on (forever)

Another good one that i found is join some meetups on meetup.com. There is a lot of startup activity going on at the small venue events. Most are free. Great place to find business for your category. There is nothing like building business relationships face to face.

Aside from the great suggestions above another thing you can try is contacting local digital marketing agencies (who don't offer what you do) and tell them they will get 10% commission for every client they send over to you.

Often digital marketers will not do web design and often I see many local businesses etc. That need a new site in order to improve their local SEO so both web design and SEO go hand in hand.

No extra work for the agencies and you could offer to whitelabel the web design for the agency if they wanted that option.

may be online or offline or BOTH.

Online:
You are aware of SEO as you are into Development field.
hire any agency to make more simple.

Offline:

• Physical branding
• Sponsoring events
• Bring your social media into the real world
• Guerilla marketing
