How to generate Core Web vitals in GSC?

I've been running websites for over a year, but in my search console, Core Webitals is not active due to lack of data for 90 days.
If you check the page insights, it's not that lacking in performance compared to other websites, but it's not being created.
I'm asking if I should take another method or action to generate this and please let me know how.

That’s what I’m saying.
The report is not being generated when I entered the Core Web Vitals section.
I was just thinking about not generating a report because there was not enough meaningful data accumulating, but I was asking if there was another way to generate it.
