How to FULLY turn off telemetry/spying in win10?

Hi, well aware of the fact that win 10 was built on telemetry but got no option to use others. Now there are multiple softwares that claims to FULLY stop telemetry and any kind spying in win 10 but that can't be right. As with every windows updates, the telemetry begins. So, which app or how to FULLY turn off telemetry/spying from win 10?

Dont recommend win 7/linux. Work is with win 10.
