Get better quality views and you wont have this problem.

I believe this happens when you get a lot of views in a video in a very short amount of time and Youtube is verifying them. The view counter should stay on 301+ views but it should update eventually and give you the real view count.

Give it a couple of days! It usually sorts itself out
