How to fix Backlinks not being indexed

Its an major issue over the web , it would get fixed soon , but i think the quality of link is not good as per its been an month , in month all backlinks shall get indexed soon !

Backlinks take time to be indexed. As you build them, Google will begin indexing them in no time when they start getting indexed.
