If they are not indexed, they are not good links.

Use a link indexer such as Lindexing. It works well for me.

It is probably not a worthy page to get indexed in google, but you can try sharing them on social media or buying social sharing services from the marketplace. (works in most cases)

sometimes you need to be patient. Google usually finds and naturally indexes the new backlinks. or you can submit your backlinks to google if your new backlinks are not indexed in 2 weeks. it works for me.
