IMPORTANT: There's no perfect SEO tool - I've built money making sites on keywords and questions SEMRUSH says has ZERO search volume. The reverse is also true. Tools can say a basket of keywords can pull in X traffic per month... only for the site to pull in a TINY FRACTION of the ESTIMATED traffic.

I mostly rely on Google Suggest and Google's related searches.. they help a lot.

Ubersuggest
keyword Planner

We use Semrush and Ubersuggest - plus google predictive - best of luck!
 
One way Ive found to exploit google suggestions is by clicking on the "related queries" at the bottom of the page. If you click like 3 or 4 times you'll get long tails that are useable. This method can be automated

I'd recommend using Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Keyword Planner, and also the auto suggest feature in google :)
