I have an affiliate program setup for our e-commerce website, which we run it through 3rd party company. Our website sells fashion accessories and planing to pay a lucrative flat fee for each sale. How can I find Top notch Influencers to promote our products? Is there any service to promote and gain attention from high traffic bloggers and style influencers.

You could use a tool that connects you to influencers, or you could start researching the engagement levels for different influencers and contact them directly. A lot of bigger influencers (50k+ depending on the city) are on "networks" these days, or have management. You would deal with the management in that case instead of the influencer directly, and they will promote across their network of influencers.

In order of cost from cheapest to most expensive I would imagine:
1. Contact influencer directly
2. Using a tool to connect you to various influencers
3. Working with a media management group

We use refersion to track affiliate. we have set our minimum payout to $100.00 but look like I have to think about diffrent way to get influencers sign up with our platform.

Hey, which package of Refersion do you use ? What's your ecommerce platform too ? I am in the fashion niche too, and the best way is to contact influencer directly.

I'm asking which Refersion package you use because with the more expensive one, you can create custom coupons for each influencer so they'll promote on their Instagram.

You can use an influencer network. A good influencer network will have a list of influencers, which promote content/products as asked by the network. You don't to search for influencers individually. Thus, a network will save you a lot of time and resources.
