This will greatly limit you. There only few of those per niche.

Any link from clean and powerful website will be good. Doesn't really need to be authority.

Authority websites in ones niche would ask for an arm and a leg in payment. Some won't even accept to link out to a competitor.

That can be biggest challenges in some niches where there are very less blogs already.

Analyse your competition and try to replicate their links... Simples.
