How to find good subreddits to collab?

I've been trying to find subreddit members to form a community for reddit smm like services, but i keep running into reddit guidelines.
I’m trying to grow a small project by getting real users involved — nothing shady, just actual Redditors engaging naturally. But I keep running into subreddit rules that block self-promo, even when I’m not being salesy or spammy.

I’ve tried framing it as a request for feedback, organic growth, even community-driven support, but most posts get filtered or removed. I'm also not sure if there's a more efficient way to reach interested Redditors without breaking any rules.

Anyone dealt with this before?
Is there a better way to approach this, or maybe subreddits where people help each other grow ideas transparently?

i tried making a post that seemed totally natural, it was focused no community growth and such but it is still getting " filtered" according to reddit. Can it be because by account got recently banned from 1 subreddit and now i am flagged?

is there a way to find these interested people in some other way like on telegram or something? because alot of people run actualy manual smm service, there have to be channels where people are willing to do these kind of services

Search topic, find active subs and check rules.

Post value-first in related subreddits, then softly share your community invite in their dedicated promo or feedback threads.

Most growth convos survive longer in meta subs, not niche ones.
