How to find a model for my Reddit Nsfw sub?

Hi, as I mentioned in the title, I have a 10k subreddit and I continue to improve it.
Where can I find a model to share or how much can I ask to pin posts to the top in my subreddit?
I can also work with agencies. In fact, if I earn at least a little, I can work harder and increase my subreddit to 100k.
Or how can I earn without getting my subreddit banned?
I know we have very experienced friends here, I am waiting for all your opinions.

Hey there, what i would do is basically start a collaboration with an agency (or model directly if you are able to find one) where you get a certain % from the earnings.
Reddit is still one of the best ways to earn with OFM if you do it right!

First thank you for oppinion. How do I scale, if we agree with an agency on a percentage of earnings?

you mean scale the Subreddit or the earnings in generall?
To Scale subreddit: Use the exactly same methods you did to grow the Subreddit to 10K. Try to post more and also real HQ content not just some Random BS Gifs/Pics. If you will have a Real HQ Sub you will see that your members will increase dramatically!

To scale in general: Open some new Subreddits where you do maybe more niche specified content (more people will join your OF if done correctly) and grow them as much as possible!
Also you can get some aged accounts and start to promiting the Agecys models on reddit

This, selling the services for an agency is far easier. Also there are several onlyfans telegram channels where you can sell this service.

yes but in those telegram groups people mostly want to scam you (you will just waste time) or give so ridiculous low % that you can directly work for free lmao

Exactly, I'm wondering how I can find an agency to post on my subreddit and how I can work with a percentage. What percentage of the earnings should I work with and how will I understand what they say is true about the earnings?

bro thanks for theme, I also have subreddit 30k+ and I don't know how to find OF celebrity / agency to monetize.
