Research every topic and which one gives you plenty of low competitive keywords , you can start with that.
all applicable for all niches.

There are still plenty of keywords in most niches that are virtually untapped

Almost every niche has these keywords, you need to learn how to find them. Look up keyword research guides on the forum, there are plenty. Then start putting in the time and you will get there.

Find a clean expired domain that hasn't dropped and is still ranking for keywords.
I scooped this domain up on the 27th of July, it had 1,100ish keywords ranking for it.
I have taken this domain to over 8k keywords ranked for it with minimal SEO.

You can find micro niche ideas using chatgpt.

1. Feed it a wikipedia article
2. Ask it to read/analyze it carefully
3. Ask it to highlight important points as a list
4. Ask it to give a huge list of primary topics from the discussion
5. Ask to give sub groups of these
6. Ask it to give sub-sub groups of these
7. Ask it to give keywords of these sub-sub groups
8. Chose one group, copy paste it and ask to give all related keywords of this group
9. There you have it lots of micro niche clusters.
10. Now cover these topics and you have a micro niche site.

Use Semrush and ahrefs :
1. Find a niche
2. find some keywords with best volume
3. then create content on these limited keywords or category.

In any particular broad niche, research for the keywords and you will stumble across several sub-topics that can make excellent micro-niche.

Reveal the cost too :D

A non-dropped domain still ranking for 1k+ keywords?
Hard chance it is priced anywhere under $2k

I use a few, I run them through SEMrush to see if they are ranking for keywords and then dive into their backlink profile to check they haven't been spammed. I also use the WBM.
By WBM, you mean Wayback machine, right?

Just breakdown the niche!
Ex: Tech> Electronics > Computer > Computer accessories > keyboard > Mechanical Keyboard > RGB Mechanical Keyword > want more?
