How to explosively grow real followers?

Hey everyone,

I have one question I am on trying to understand at its deepest level:

How to pages genuinely explode on Instagram?

I see so many different ways to grow (some fake, some real) including botted engagement on posts, botted followers, shout outs, collabs, AI-run outbound commenting, mother/child, and a lot of other stuff..

But I want to hear from someone actually getting results scaling pages form zero to 100k+ - I have a very interesting partnership idea in mind, but am also open to paying for time or just trading insights.

Whatever is fine, but I really just want to connect with people that know how to get this right! Thanks in advance if you're willing to share anything.

The only way to grow your followers explosively is to buy followers but if you need an organic growth what you need to do is post every day at the same hour, share quality content, use related hashtags and interact with your followers

Interesting question, from what I’ve observed, pages that truly explode usually combine consistent content quality, algorithm-friendly posting patterns, and genuine audience engagement. Collabs and shoutouts can amplify growth, but authenticity tends to stick longer than botted metrics. Curious are you focusing on a niche audience or broader content? That often changes which strategies scale best

I appreciate the response. Yeah, for context I've driven over a billion views on organic so I'm brutally aware of what it means to make content that gets reach and use the right engagement practices to further amplify it.

The thing is I know people in some of my industries (like personal development, ecom, tech) that will launch a page and will use content that is sometimes actually identical reposts, but will still get average impression counts 250%+ higher than the average. It leads me to believe there is more to the growth, perhaps in forced engagement, or the shoutouts, or external paid ads or something else entirely.

Whatever it is for some of these different platforms, I'm very interested in trying to better understand it!

Post daily at a set time, focus on delivering valuable and high-quality content, choose hashtags that truly match your niche, and actively connect with your audience through comments, replies, and meaningful interactions.

Do you find the hashtags still have a big impact on growth? Anything else you see helping as well?

Thanks for this! I do feel buying the followers just tanks the engagement rate in the long run.. but what I'm unsure of is if there is a right way to do paid or forced engagement instead to just get all of your posts a better kickstart and more reach in the first place. Have you seen this work or anything else like this?
 
Take what works for others and repurpose it.

Study top posts, copy the hook/structure, add your own twist, and follow proven formulas.

AI/automation can truly be a game changer when it comes to scraping posts that work & being able to repurpose them.

Then you can also buy interactions. Try to find one. As far as I know, there is a group of people who do this kind of work. You pay them and let them create interactions and attention for your account in a reasonable way.
 
Reels. There are many ways to get followers to your page, however most pages that get good exposure, they are posting reels. Make sure you are posting reels that comply with Instagrams' TOS, other wise the video may not get shown to the explore page. Post tending content since that may help.
 
Post daily at the same time, focus on high-retention and shareable content in your niche, use hashtags that truly fit, and interact meaningfully with your audience

I agree with this, well written.
 
From what I’ve seen, pages blow up mostly from volume + consistency — especially reels. One or two viral hits push everything else. Tried bots before, they only give “fake” numbers, real growth came from testing tons of content and riding trends. Collabs help too if you can line them up.

I’ve never experimented with posting at the same time. Does it really have an impact on your page? I’d like to know why.
