I do run ads in Europe and Immigrants from Arab Countries, immigrants from india, africa and so on are clicking on my ads

Why is everyone joking around with this? The guy is not an "anti immigrant", they're not just converting well for his offer/product and he's fucking burning money!
To answer the OP, honestly, I don't know if there is any way to stop it. Maybe target areas where immigrants are less likely to live? Or maybe exclude some languages?

I take it you're selecting by country, right? If the clicks are coming from immigrants of that country, then yeah Europe is heavily immigrant now. London UK is something like 40% English now. Your best bet is to do some demographic research for areas with a larger native population, then target those specific regions for your ads. FB allows you to target town by town.

When you select the country you want to target it will select people who live in that country and people who are now in that country.
You have another option is to target by language if the immigrant speak a different language

On a serious note when I used to have a website selling IM related software like bots all the charge backs and fraud came from tier 3 counties. It's a huge problem, I actually almost blocked all tier 3 traffic. I'm not for a minute suggesting that everyone is a scammer from a tier 3 country but the chances of fraud are so high and legitimate purchases so low for some businesses it's not even worth allowing that traffic to your website.
