How to edit RSS feed content?[ Auto-blogging]

Friends, I need a help. Can anyone tell me how to modify RSS feed which is sent to my mail. As a ex: There's a photographer's web site.So now i need to extract the only photos without other stuff in email.How could i do this.Please help !!!
