How to easily grow a facebook group?

I would like to create a Facebook "Add me" group but am lacking the tools and knowledge on how to, Anybody have any ideas? Anything will be very appreciated. I'm open to all suggestions so suggest away

Create a sexy chick profile and add some seducing photos. Join to "Add me" groups and then start making friends. Once you make 5k friends, invite them all to your newly created group. Rinse repeat with 10 to 20 profiles to build a large group!

you will got banned from facebook if you invited all 5000 friends, how do you avoid that
