Hi BlackHatter,

indeed have some parked domains and I would want to monetize them. Anyone can tell me how?

Thank you!

For now godaddy they allow cash parking but approval is really strict you can try your luck.

you can put ads on them, i think but you'd need traffic to make cash though.

You can forward your domain to adsense ads website or other network ads website.
Hit it hard ads on site and then push traffic to it forwarding your domain

The whole idea is to sell the domain.

But idea above sound interesting .

Redirect it to an amazon (or different site) affiliate link (I'm not sure if this is allowed, but you get the idea. Drop some useful cookies and hope they purchase something :P)

You can start with checking and comparing Sedo, Uniregistry and Godaddy.

dn parking was a decent way to earn an additional income (on 1 word type-in com domains), though it seems it is almost dead now :(

So far I have found Godaddy Cashparking to be the best. You do have to pay for the service.

As an example:

I got 5 clicks on one of my domains and it earned $11.19 whereas in the past with Sedo which is free to park I would of earned about 2 euros.

However, I am new to godaddy cashparming and have only used it for 1 month so I am yet to receive payment but I can keep you posted if you wish

any ideas about using traffic like taboola to parked domain
With my experience. You can only have type in traffic for parked domains. Anything other than this will get your revenue forfeited or account banned or even both

By the way, look at the other side; these registered taken .com domains ,most are are parked, not have any website, but they can steal your traffic right?

Example you want register a com domain: The Seo Circle "theseocircle.com" but it's taken, registered.
Not have any activities or a website it's a parked domain.
With that you register then an alternative domain extension like org, net or , site, blog....

But the catch is; this parked domain and all their similar niche/topic registered parked domains will steal your traffic?
The most percentage of traffic when people type in google "the seo circle" as example will go to the registered com domain, not to your net, org, site, blog domain website ? This would explain why some people report here have a good quality website and ranking but not get traffic...

I'm not sure about this.
Look at bloomberg or Donald Trump whey they registered thousands of domains ?
