How to Drive Targeted Traffic?

Hello beloved BHW members,

I am looking for methods to drive targeted traffic to sites for quite a long time. Especially for sites offering outsourcing services. I have confusions in where exactly to submit the site to drive genuine traffic, how to make people to know about my site, etc. All suggestions are welcomed. It would be much better if I get "List of Sites to Submit" kind of suggestions.

Well if you're really looking for targeted traffic I would do PPC.

Otherwise articles and videos can bring some targeted traffic.

There are lots of ways you can get traffic. Linkwheel, PPC, Youtube, Social Bookmarking, article marketing (but this one sucks today) and some other methods.
