I personally use Instaloader. It is opensource and you can get it from github.

For me 4k stogram is the best, it keep all your download up to date, stories too

- Go to instagram.com.
- Click on the gear icon next to your Edit Profile option and select Privacy and Security.
- Scroll down to Data Download.
- Click Request Download.
- Type in your email address if it doesn't automatically pop up, then click Next.
- Enter your password and click Request Download.

it maybe too time consuming, i was using this method before, but i'm now looking for something to download all the content of a specific page at once!
