there is not free tool to check competitor s KW, but try free trails ahrefs or semrush

Google Keyword Planner is really nice tool to research for all the Keywords in any languages spoken worldwide. Google Search is used worldwide and has lot of keywords database for any of the country.

Pros: Free to use, More than 500 related keywords ideas, Includes all country keywords database

Cons: Allows you to see only range e.g., 10–100,100–1k. If you run Adwords account you may get exact Monthly Search Volume.
