Since i did Youtube in past years, i can tell you blackhat methods sucks. Youtube algorithm is very good so artificial traffic is not enough, may be let's say you can send high quality artificial traffic but this will cost you a looot, a waste of money in my opinion. The only way is to seo whitehat, and if you wounder why people dont watch your videos? It's because their sucks bro, you have to pick: unsaturated niche + original content + hard work. Youtube is hard, good luck with that.

YouTube have lots of features you can take advantage of. Start by learning or at least get familiar with them. I am sure you would come up with an idea to do a blackhat method afterwards. For now, hard to tell you which one works coz each niche works differently.

Blackhat ways only things I can come up with is sending HR views, likes, comments and some embeds that should help if you video has the quality.

I hear many talk about just make great content and the magic will happen on its own. That sounds too much like gambling to me. I'm willing to invest time and money and would
love to find some ways. Google Ads should be one way, maybe reachout to bigger channels in the niche and try to get shoutouts ...IG/FB ads etc
