As far as I know, I will lay out a few points:
1) App title- This is the thing that makes your users want to click your app, make it unique or something that is in trend.(Try to include your keyword here)
2) App installs - More the number of app installs, higher the user trust.
3) App ratings - Self Explanatory
4) App description- Make it unique. Find your competitors apps, find relevant keywords and use here.
Optional - Have your own website. Build brand value.

LOL if you do not know anything plz do not mislead users because the advice you have given is not at all correct nd yes there is a blueprint for apps SEO nd Avi619 has got it correct...
He's asked us how to do app SEO and not shortcuts which are risky...
