As far as I know, I will lay out a few points:
1) App title- This is the thing that makes your users want to click your app, make it unique or something that is in trend.(Try to include your keyword here)
2) App installs - More the number of app installs, higher the user trust.
3) App ratings - Self Explanatory
4) App description- Make it unique. Find your competitors apps, find relevant keywords and use here.
Optional - Have your own website. Build brand value.
