How to dissappear and start a new life !

If you already have your fingerprints on file, this is going to be much harder.

Step 1:

Go to a 3rd world country.

Step 2:

Find records from children/babies that were born approximately when you were. Many will have died, pick one.

Step 3:

Go to the local hospital, bribe doctors/staff, etc... to get a birth certificate.

Congratulations, you are now X. Get an official government ID, passport, bank account, phone number with your new ID.
