How to detect unicode or weird characters when I buy an article?

I was buying articles from a seller on another website thinking I was getting high quality unique content but it turns out he was just copying articles from the internet and using weird unicode text, symbols and other language text to make the article pass copyscape and appear unique.

How can I detect this in the future so that I only get real high quality content that passes copyscape and other plagiarism tools?

There will be too many false positives but that tool also tells you where the offending characters are. So, you can decide i guess.
