Hi,

is there a way to see if a site was hacked in the SAPE network?

Well, it's hard to prove a hacked link one way or the other, but when they are hidden using lame CSS techniques like the -99999 exploit that's a good sign.

What are you trying to understand exactly? If your site has been hacked?

Yeah, there is a search function in Sape. You can search by your domain name and if you see it in results then it is hacked. (Of course if that was not you who added it to system)))))
