You can`t delete backlinks from websites you don`t own. You can contact the webmaster or website owner via email or any other contact form and ask them nicely to take backlinks down. If not, just create a few authority backlinks to dilute the SEO profile and it should fix your problem

Check your website back links are really bad to your website using of Google Search Console.
If it's spam links just follow the below Notes to remove your back links Easily.

Make sure those are really bad links. First option, is trying to talk to website owner to take those links down for you. If it fails, the last resort would be disavow.

Hello, it's really easy
go to Google Search Console and disavow links.
buy before doing the disavow processes, you have to go to 'who links to your site' tab. => export
domains.
Then create a txt file add the following to it:
"domain : example.com"
save the txt file and upload it to search console.
