How to delete a thread?

Hello,
I have accumulated several posts and threads on here where I used my real name. For security reasons, I'm considering finding a way to take them down for my own safety. If you all could help, how do I go about removing a thread or posts?

You need to be a Jr.VIP in order to delete your posts, unfortunately you can't delete threads.
The only way is to report it to a moderator and explain to them, that you want the thread to be deleted.
