FB account hacked and they added an email address which I cannot remove
Every time I try to delete their email, it sends a code TO THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS confirming I want to delete it.
How can I delete their email without FB sending the confirmation code to their email address?
Remove the Hacker’s Email Address:
Since the system sends a confirmation code to the hacker’s email address, it can be tough to remove it directly. Here's what you can do:
Use Facebook’s Help Center: Go to Facebook's Help Center and search for issues related to a compromised account. Select "My Account is Compromised" to report the issue. They may provide a way to remove unauthorized emails or regain control over your account.
Report the Account as Compromised: If you can't remove the email yourself, report the account as compromised to Facebook. To do this:
Go to Facebook's Compromised Account page.
Follow the instructions to secure your account.
If you're unable to log in, you can use the "No longer have access to these?" link to reset your account using a recovery email or phone number.
Contact Facebook Support:
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, contact Facebook support directly. You can explain that your account has been compromised, and you’re unable to remove the unauthorized email because you can’t access it. They should be able to assist you in regaining control and removing the hacker’s email address.
Visit Facebook's Support Inbox. This may provide you with a direct way to communicate your issue to Facebook support
