How to delete a primary email on Facebook (without access to it)?

FB account hacked and they added an email address which I cannot remove​


Every time I try to delete their email, it sends a code TO THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS confirming I want to delete it.

How can I delete their email without FB sending the confirmation code to their email address?

Unfortunately, if the attacker set their email as the primary, Facebook will send the confirmation code there.
Your best bet is to report the account as compromised via facebook.com/hacked and go through the recovery process.
 
You can’t remove the hacker’s email without access to it, because Facebook requires confirmation from all associated emails for security.

Try asking Facebook to send the code to your old email.

Add a secondary email and verify it then make the secondary email primary then remove the email which is causing issue
 
You cant change it unless you have access to your mail.

Try contacting support and provide other identify proofs if they agree on it

Unfortunately for you, try setting your email as your primary email and then deleting their email. If that doesn't work, contact Facebook support for help.
 
If recovery options are compromised, file an appeal via Facebook's hacked account form immediately, don't try to make changes from within the account.
 
Report the hack to Facebook immediately; only they can remove the hacker’s email without their confirmation.
 
Add and verify a secondary email, set it as primary, then remove the problematic one.
 
If your Facebook account was hacked and a strange email was added, you can’t remove that email without verifying it, due to Facebook’s security rules. Unfortunately, Facebook won’t allow removal of a primary email without confirming through that email, exactly for security reasons. If a hacker added it and you can’t access it, here’s what you should do:
- Go to facebook.com/hacked and report the issue – select “Someone else gained access to my account”.
- Provide any previous login details or trusted contacts if asked.
- If your original email is still linked, try to recover access via that.
If none of that works, your best shot is through Meta Business Help (especially if it was a business account).

FB has specific step to recover it. I see many people have already told you. Let try that. If it still doesn't work, let contact FB support team with all the needed information. They can help you very well

If it is your original account, then you may do something to get that primary mail removed but If you have bought it from somewhere and then using it....then you can't.
