How to deindex a site?

Hello,

I recently found something in google images that I want removed. It is hosted on a subdirectory of a website I do not own. So are there ways I can remove or push this stuff so it doesn't show in google images?

My first tough was to deindex that url, but I don't know how, maybe "bad" pings to that url or something?

Deindexing a site is not something that BHW approves of but you can push it down in the search by putting up other images named the same and ranking them in Google's image base.

"Bad" pings isn't going to deindex a website.

Your best bet is pushing that result down by ranking other properties above it.

If your in Europe you can make a request to google to have it removed from the search results.

They are slow as f. Told them to remove some links a couple months ago, but they are still there.
It's faster to outrank it .
