Hello Guys,

I am having few domains but they are having span score of 40%+ is there any way to reduce the spam score?

Thanks in Advance

even if you disavow the links on Google, how will it influence the Moz spam score?
It happend for my clients websites
Maybe mozilla is checking google links towards that site or something
spam score reduce to 0% from 20%

not possible as there are two different bots, Google bot and Moz bot with two different crawling technology.

goto moz and find the spam backlinks
disavow them in google
wait for few weeks and check again

Hey i have done that for one domain last month but it is still having same spam score.

The major reasons are low-quality backlinks, high anchor text ratio, low-quality content and more external links on your website. Remove the spam links and get high-quality backlinks. if u have many external links minimized. The domain name is sight and remember by the user.if have at least one in-text link to another page for your site.

Just Click on linking domains, then click on the 'Spam Score' column to order the domains by spam score in descending order, Expand the domains with the highest spam score to see which pages of those domains are linking to your site, Get the links removed, Build more cleaner links to replace the removed ones.

You remove such bad links from your blog and new links will reduce the spam score according to the quality.

From what I've heard if you want your Spam Score of Domain to go down you will need to remove some of the links (just keep the important ones) and have your posts use more words.

when you build links from high spam score sites, your website spam score will also increase, check backlink history of your website and analyze. remove all the backlinks which have low quality and high spam score. build some authority links with good quality content

You need to remove those links and then check your Spam Score.

Put fresh content on your website and disavow the bad or irrelevant links from your website. After removing bad links try to get quality links for your website. which will help to reduce your spam score.

If you can't remove these spam links, add some (high quality if possible). Put some fresh content. That's it.

One of my money sites is ranking fine with a 40% spam score :) I just manually check the links. If they look fine to me, I don't worry about spam score or other metrics.
